Do I need a Deriv account?

Yes. During sign-up we send you to Deriv's own page, where you can create a free account or log in to an existing one. You come straight back to FxPayPesa afterwards.

How long does a deposit take?

Usually seconds. Confirm the M-Pesa prompt on your phone; once Safaricom confirms the payment, the funds are sent to your Deriv account automatically.

How do withdrawals work?

Request a withdrawal in FxPayPesa, enter the verification code Deriv emails you, and we send the shillings to your registered M-Pesa number.

What is my Deriv nickname and where do I find it?

It's the name Deriv uses for payment-agent transfers. Open Deriv, go to Cashier → Deposit → Payment agent, and copy the nickname shown at the top. We ask for it once during sign-up.

Can I use the website and the app with one account?

Yes. Your FxPayPesa login works on both the website and the Android app.
